Refund Policy
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any KeepStreams product or subscription.
We encourage all users to try the free trial version before purchase so they can evaluate whether KeepStreams meets their needs. Trial versions are provided to help users review core functions before subscribing.
1. Personal Use and Fair Use
KeepStreams is provided for personal use only. Each account is intended only for the individual who purchased it. Downloaded videos or music may not be distributed, shared, or provided to third parties.
KeepStreams does not support or encourage copyright infringement or the unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content. You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of the software complies with applicable laws and regulations.
To help protect service stability and reduce the risk of account restrictions from supported streaming services, KeepStreams applies usage limits to licensed accounts. Current daily limits are:
- Video streaming services: up to 100 downloads per day
- Music streaming services: up to 300 downloads per day
2. Trial Before Purchase
KeepStreams offers a free trial version for supported platforms. The trial is intended to help you confirm compatibility, core functionality, and general suitability before purchase. Please note that the trial version may include usage limits. Under the current trial policy, each trial version is limited to three uses.
3. Refund Guarantee Period
Refund requests may be considered only within the applicable money-back guarantee period, starting from the date the payment is successfully processed:
- Monthly and Annual Plans: 7-day money-back guarantee
- Lifetime Plans: 14-day money-back guarantee
If you want to request a refund within the applicable period, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request.
4. Refund Requests That May Be Approved
A refund request may be approved in the following cases:
- you accidentally purchased the same plan twice;
- you purchased the wrong product and then purchased the correct one within the refund period;
- you canceled auto-renewal before the renewal date but were still charged;
- the purchased product has a technical problem that we are unable to resolve within the applicable refund period after reasonable support efforts.
5. Refund Requests That Will Normally Not Be Approved
A refund request will normally not be approved in the following cases:
- you changed your mind after purchase;
- you purchased the wrong plan but did not contact us for correction within the refund period;
- the applicable money-back guarantee period has expired;
- you did not review the product description, system requirements, version differences, or trial limitations before purchase;
- you report technical issues but refuse to provide the information needed for troubleshooting or do not cooperate with our support team;
- you are dissatisfied because of download limits that are already stated in our policies or product information.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions of this Refund Policy.
6. Technical Support Before Refund
If your refund request is based on a technical issue, we may ask you to provide basic troubleshooting information, such as screenshots, error messages, software version details, or other information reasonably needed to identify the problem.
If a workable solution is provided within the applicable refund period, the refund request may be declined.
7. Subscription Cancellation and Auto-Renewal
Subscription products may renew automatically by default unless you turn off auto-renewal before the next billing date.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us at contact@keepstreams.com or by using any account tools available for subscription management.
Please note that canceling auto-renewal stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless your request separately qualifies under this Refund Policy.
8. Version Differences
The Windows version and Mac version of KeepStreams are different products. Please review product details carefully before purchase. After the applicable refund period has expired, exchanges between Windows and Mac versions will not be provided.
9. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible. In most cases, refunds are completed within 1 to 7 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 10 business days depending on the payment provider, payment method, or banking process.
Once the refund has been processed, we will notify you by email.
Once a refund is granted, the related license will be canceled. You must stop using the refunded product and uninstall and remove the software from your device.
