This option may suit someone who also wants music, radio, and other recording tools. Use Audials' general screen-recording mode for Discovery+ and check a short sample before a full episode; a Hulu recording example does not verify Discovery+ compatibility.

Audials documents the following general screen-recording controls. Apply them to the Discovery+ browser session, rather than selecting Hulu as a substitute service:

1. Open Video Streaming, choose Other Source / Screen Recording, then select Screen recording.
2. Open Discovery+ in your browser, sign in, and play the selected title. Set the recording area around the video.
3. Pause and return to the point where you want to begin. Choose Record, resume playback, and make a short test.
4. Stop the test and play the saved file. Continue with a longer recording only if both picture and audio were captured. If the file is black, use the earlier capture checks rather than assuming another recording attempt will solve it.
